1. Responsible for the enrollment of non-degree international students.

2. Responsible for teaching management and curriculum construction, the formulation and implementation of training programs and teaching plans, daily teaching management, teaching activities arrangements, and the coordination of teacher affairs, etc.;

3. Responsible for the procedures for student enrollment and completion (graduation), and the management of student registration and grades.
