According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, all international students studying in our university for at least one semester are required to purchase the comprehensive medical insurance (including accidental injury and other types of insurance) when you register for the new semester. Otherwise, we will not allow enrollment.


1. Insurance fee:

400 RMB per person/half year; 800 RMB per person/year

The fee standard per semester is adjusted according to the insurance company's regulations. A copy of the passport must be submitted when paying the insurance fee.


2. Insurance claims

Do be sure to firstly call 4008105119 to make a diagnosis inquiry before you go to see a doctor. At the same time, you need to inform the College of International Education. Tel: +86-631-5688778.

In case of outpatient expense claims, please provide the following documents:

(1) Claim application form (stamped by the College of International Education).

(2) A copy of the international student’s passport (including photo, expiration date and passport number).

(3) Original invoice for emergency medical treatment.

(4) Medical records of the emergency outpatien clinic.

(5) The student's own UnionPay card information (specific to the branch of bank).

(6) Accident certificate is required for outpatient emergency treatment due to an accident ( stamped by the College of International Education).

In case of hospitalization expense claims, please provide the following documents:

(1) Claim application form ( stamped by the College of International Education).

(2) A copy of the international student’s passport (including photo, expiration date and passport number).

(3) Summary of hospital discharge.

(4) Diagnosis certificate.

(5) Original invoice and list of expenses.

(6) The student's own UnionPay card information (specific to the branch of bank).

(7) Accident certificate is required for hospitalization due to an accident ( stamped by the College of International Education).
